I want to thank you so much for working on my spine because of the chronic back pain I was having. For the first time in a long time I don't have any back pain. At night I had such a hard time sleeping, unable to find a comfortable position without pain, and therefore had to resort to a pain killer. After Dr. Joy's treatment, I can sleep anyway I want, even on my back, which used to be impossible. It is a joy to have Dr. Joy in my life and as my doctor treating me with natural means.

After suffering a bad surfing accident my neck and spine was compressed. For almost a year, I had limited rotation, a lot of discomfort and stiffness. After 1 treatment by Dr. D, I immediately felt better. I had 1 adjustment and it was fabulous. My neck cracked several times as her healing hands adjusted my spine. Now I have NO pain, full rotation and feel mentally clear and focused. What a feeling, I thought I would permanently suffer from my accident, but thanks to Diana, I'm Free!!!

My first visit to Dr. Ostroff on June 6, 2005. Today is June 21, 2005 and I feel like I've never felt before in my life. The reason for my visit to Dr. Joy is because of a work injury that re-occurred in April 2005. My injury described as a whiplash injury had bee treated in 2002 by a medical doctor who prescribed endless pain medication and about 8 steroid shots.

In April 2005 the headaches and neck pains came back. I first went to see a chiropractor, who tried to help me with my problem. He did his best but with no success referred me to another medical doctor. He prescribed me 3 different types of medications and had set an appointment for trigger point injections. My gut feeling told me this wouldn't be a good idea to do this to myself again. I then found Dr. Joy Ostroff. I made my appointment and my first visit with Dr. Joy. After, I knew this is where I belonged. I canceled all further appointments with the medical doctor and chiropractor. I began seeing Dr. Joy twice a week and with all her knowledge, acupuncture and a change in my diet and replacing my body with the vitamins it's been lacking on for so long, I'm on the high road to recovery. I've never felt better, healthier and younger. There is a refreshness about myself that I haven't been able to feel in years. Dr. Joy have me back my life. I have 3 children and they can see the difference as well as my husband, they can't be more thrilled with results as I am. I know I'll be back to work sooner than I thought, and believe me getting back to work won't stop me from continuing to see Dr. Joy. I've told many people about Dr. joy and when they make their appointments they will not regret it. I am very glad and fortunate to have been taken care of by such a wonderful person. She really cares about all her patients.

I have been dealing with chronic back and neck pain, and chronic headaches going on 15 years. I have been through every possible specialist in modern medicine, and each could do nothing but put me on anther medication. A year ago, a pain specialist put me on Methadone. Still not feeling better, and now addicted to narcotic medication, I sought out alternatives. After two moths, Dr. Joy has me off every medication I was on and I have very few, tolerable headaches. My outlook on life is positive again. Thank you, Dr. Joy.

 I first started coming to Dr. Ostroff a couple years ago after being in a car accident. I was on numerous medication (muscle relaxers, pills for headaches, pills for backaches, stomach aches, etc.). I've had stomach aches for 20 years. “Doctors” said I had a nervous stomach and gave me “Tagamet” and told me to drink Metamucil everyday. But since I've been coming to see Dr. O, my stomach aches have ceased and my backaches have become less frequent. My headaches have gotten a lot better.
