How it Works
- You complete an intake form that we send you. You return it along with any pertinent medical records.
- You have a phone interview with Dr. Ostroff lasting about one hour.
- Dr. Ostroff applies her knowledge and experience to create a set of written recommendations specific to your personal circumstance.
- Your recommendations are sent via email or postal mail.
- You can schedule a 30-minute follow up phone visit with Dr. Ostroff to put your plan into action and get your questions answered.
- Each consultation is charged according to time spent.

To get started with a phone consultation, please call Dr. Ostroff's clinic at 808-373-9966. Phone hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m., Hawaii Time. We will answer your questions, explain the consultation procedure, and set you up to get started.
