We all know that exercise is good for us, however we don’t always remember WHY.  It is not only good to exercise, rather mandatory for good health. The reason has to do with the lymph system of the body, which is like the filtration system where the toxins and waste products are stored. The lymph system parallels the circulatory system which travels throughout your body from your head to the tips of your toes and fingers.  The heart is the pump for your blood vessels.  Your lymph system has no pump and requires muscular contraction for it’s circulation.  When there is not adequate circulation of the lymphatic fluid, stagnation occurs and the lymph fluid mixed with the toxins creates inflammation which is manifested as swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, stiff neck, achy body, infection and fever.

Lymph nodes may start out tiny and with continued stagnation grow often times becoming infected due to the infiltration of bacteria and virus that will tend to thrive on the toxic matter in the body.
