Creating and Maintaining a Healthy Pregnancy

Over the 20 years of my professional practice, I have worked with innumerable women who were having difficulty either with conceiving a baby or sustaining a pregnancy the duration required in order to have a healthy baby.

I hadn’t realized how traumatic a miscarriage was until I was 39 years old and experienced one myself.

At the time, due to my strong belief that everything happens just the way it is supposed to, I trusted that this was natures way of preventing a future complication.  I, at no time ever questioned whether I would be able to conceive and deliver at a later time.

I decided in my own mind that the miscarriage was like a final cleanse, enhancing my uterus in getting ready to be the home for the growing baby that I knew was imminent.  I also understood that it was imperative that I discover what my body was deficient in so that I could build up my strength and reserves for the next pregnancy which happened six months later.

When assisting my patients, current mother’s, mother’s to be and aspiring new mother’s to be, I go to great effort to determine what will be necessary preliminary work to ensure that conception will occur and pregnancy be maintained.  I encourage, recommend and ensure sufficient and excellent nutrition, a serene disposition, positive mental attitude and the appropriate exercise program as well as the proper, highest quality supplementsthat meet each woman’s particular needs. Supplements are tested to determine the best selection for the woman.
